Capt. RL (seen below) is a World Record holder and saltwater Grand Master Angler and a seasoned Guide of 30 plus years. He founded the GPS Fishing Maps/ Pro Fishing Spots company nearly two decades ago. Capt. RL specializes in bottom fishing and deep drop fishing, Slow Pitch Jigging, live bait fishing and more.
